Our meals are provided by Caterlink Ltd.

Payment for all food is via the cashless card (fob) systerm available to all students. For added security the photo of the student is displayed each time the card is used. Parents are able to monitor the balance on their daughter's card via Parent Pay and set up a text alert to notify them if the balance drops below a pre set level. They can also opt to receive a weekly summary of purchases made.

To apply for a Caterlink  fob or a replacement for use in the dining room please download and complete the form below. This should then be returned to the tills in the dining room. Where a fob is lost the balance will automatically transfer to the new one.

Menus

The menu changes daily and on a three weekly cycle. The current menus are available on the Parent Gateway and in the Dining Room

Caterlink prepare the majority of the food served at the school on the premises from fresh ingredients. As a result menus may vary from day to day.

A "meal deal" is available every day offering a 2 course meal (main course + either soup or dessert) for £2.05. The full price list is available via the following link Price List

Free School Meals (FSM's)

We would like to remind all parents that if they are in receipt of any of the following benefits their daughter is eligible for Free School Meals (FSM’s):

-  Income Support

- Income based job seekers allowance

- An income related employment and support allowance

- Child tax credit (unless in receipt of working tax credit or with an income of more than £16,190)

- Support under Pat VI of the immigration and Asylum Act 1999

- Guarantee element of State Pension Credit

FSM’s are handled on a completely anonymous basis with an allowance added each day to the recipients cashless catering card. Click here to download an application form. Completed forms should be returned to Alison Trouton, Finance Officer (alison.trouton@challonershigh.com)

Free School Meal eligibility is used to determine the level of  Pupil Premium received by the school.  It is therefore in our interest to ensure that all children eligible are registered, even if they choose not to take up the benefit.
